at beautiful Laughing Winds Retreat Center in Dickson , TN

Join us on an experiential quest of discovering our authentic self.  Combining breathwork and shamanic teachings we have the chance to go deeper into the story of us and release what we have been holding on to our whole life.. We will be utilizing truth as incite and the gentleness of life to bring you the feeling of safety that is needed to do this deep work.

I will be Teamed up with JeremyPajer's Shamanic wisdom as co journeyer; it should be an incredible weekend of healing and discovery.

Workshop Time:
we will begin at 7:00PM of Friday night and will end around 12:00pm on Sunday after brunch.

Workshop Fee:
$175.00 this includes meals , lodging, teaching and facilities. Work exchange available for Laughing Winds events, please ask.

Food:
Water, Tea, Coffee, available, Meals provided Saturday; breakfast, lunch , dinner; Sunday Brunch will be provided
(there will be no meal friday night, you will be on your own).

You will need to bring:
A Pillow and Blanket, Any gear for spending the weekend(sleeping stuff and snacks, etc.).We may be outside so please bring appropriate clothing incase we sweat. please consider a bathing suit as the Piney River is very inviting and if spirit calls we may be utilizing this.

Accommodations:
Beds are available on first come bases. Lots of floor space for an air mattress and 75 acres to place a tent,bathrooms and showers available.

Options:
Swim,play, pet the animals ,and enjoy "Laughing Winds" magic on Sunday afternoon.
